1. Our Products

We strive to display our memorial products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Because many of our items are custom-printed in the USA, slight variations are a sign of their unique creation.

2. Custom Orders

For personalized items, please double-check all spelling and dates before submitting your order. We print exactly what is provided to us and cannot be held responsible for typos in the information you submit.

3. Kindness Policy

We are a community founded on grief and love. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in harassment or abusive behavior towards our staff or other customers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

While we work hard to meet all delivery estimates, carrier delays are sometimes out of our control. We ask for your patience and understanding in these rare instances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge. Valid size exchanges are also accepted within 30 days. Please review our full Returns Policy for details.
