We created My Angel Cat to bring comfort, not stress. We want you to absolutely cherish your memorial. If you don't, we did not do our job right, and we want to fix it.
Returns Policy
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong size, please let us know within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or refund immediately.
A Note on Custom Items
Each memorial is custom-printed just for you. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns for "change of mind" unless the item is defective.
However, if you ordered the wrong size, we are happy to help you with an exchange. Please contact our support team, and we'll guide you through the process.
How to Start a Return

- Tell Us What Happened: If an item is damaged, snapping a quick photo helps us speed things up!
- Relax: We will review your case and send a replacement or refund confirmation within 24 hours.
