We start production quickly to get your order out fast, so previews aren’t included by default. If you’re unsure about photo quality or how a name will fit, email us before ordering and we’ll tell you if it’ll print beautifully.
Yes. We automatically adjust the layout so the full name is clear and balanced.
If you contact us right away, we’ll do our best. Once production starts, changes may not be possible.
Bright, in-focus photos with your cat’s face clearly visible work best. Avoid heavy filters, dark lighting, or screenshots.
No, we are a separate family-run ministry focusing on apparel and gifts. The beautiful urn is made by Memorials.com.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are produced and shipped by our trusted production partners (many items ship from the U.S.). Customer support is online via email: support@myangelcat.com.
Most orders arrive in 7–10 business days. Personalized items may take a little longer to prepare before they ship.

Returns & Peace of Mind
Send a photo to support@myangelcat.com and we’ll make it right — fast.
Because personalized items are made to order, we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse. If there’s a defect or printing issue, we’ll replace it.
